Ingredients
  • One Chicken
  •  Four tbs vegetable Oil
  •  One large  Onion
  •  1/2 Mustard bottle
  •  Mushrooms (Optional)

 

 

 

Mustard
Mustard (or yellow sauce) is a condiment made from the seeds of a mustard plant (white or yellow mustard, Sinapis hirta; brown or Indian mustard, Brassica juncea; or black mustard, B. nigra). The whole, ground, cracked, or bruised mustard seeds are mixed with water, salt, lemon juice, or other liquids, and sometimes other flavorings and spices, to create a paste or sauce ranging in color from bright yellow to dark brown.

Mustard Chicken
(Chicken in mustard sauce)


 

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Fry in 4 tbs of vegetable oil until rosy, then lift out of pot.
  3. Chop the large onion finely and fry it in the chicken oil until  rosy .
  4. Add 2 tbs. of Mustard to the onions.
  5. Add chicken pieces and rest of mustard.
  6. Let everything cook together for a minute.
 


Serve with either rice or  bread
